COMMON RULES
——————————————————–
1. By purchasing an Event ticket, every holder agrees to comply with the general terms and conditions of the Event, as well as the rules for attending public events in the Republic of Lituania, and to act with mindfulness and good faith.
2. It is strictly prohibited to bring any alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, weapons, or other objects that pose a danger to others into the Event territory. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated, under the influence, malicious, or aggressive are not welcome and must leave the Event.
3. Youths up to and including 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at the Event.
4. No political propaganda, campaigning, the display of related symbols or paraphernalia, or commercial advertising is permitted at the Event, except in cases where it has been coordinated with the organizers through a separate, mutually approved agreement.
5. The MJR Festival is taking place in a beautiful and fragile Nature reserve, therefore every visitor must follow strict rules of care – no damage to Nature, no litter, no plucking! Please take away everything you bring to the Event. Let us leave the environment more beautiful than it was before the Event. Let us respect Mother Nature and each other.
6. Pets (dogs) are permitted at the Event, provided they are not taken inside building. Owners must responsibly supervise their pets throughout the duration of the event. Animals must not cause fear, danger, or inconvenience to other attendees, nor disrupt public order. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners must carry muzzles to be used if necessary. We emphasize that pet owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets. In the event of non-compliance, animal aggression, or complaints from attendees, owners will be required to remove their pets from the event premises immediately.
When deciding to bring a pet, we suggest evaluating how your pet might behave in a crowded environment with many people, including minors. If you believe the animal may feel unwell or stressed in such conditions—potentially leading to behavioral changes—or if your pet has previously caused inconvenience to others at events, we strongly recommend attending the festival without your pet.
7. Photography and filming are permitted at the Event (except in specially marked areas or program segments); however, we ask you to respect the privacy of other attendees and avoid disrupting the magical moments of the celebration.
IMPORTANT: The organisers may use any images captured at the Event that are publicly accessible for non-commercial purposes without separate consent from the authors. Photography or filming for commercial purposes is only allowed with the organisers prior permission. Attendees who do not wish for images of themselves or their family members to be made public must inform the organisers via email.
8. The organisers are not responsible for any changes to the Event programme if such changes occur due to reasons beyond the organisers control.
